Hi folks, my pdfs currently live in folders created by zotero - so each pdf is in its own (cryptically named) folder. The file location is in the .bib entry though. Is there a way to use shbib with this configuration?

If you are willing to change the file hierarchy, then it is possible.

Put all pdf files in one directory, and make hope that your pdf file's metadata has a correct title field to allow the 'B' function to match with your bib file and rename everything.
