Q: Publish "index.yaml" to different repo than chart's repo #149

I prefer to keep my helm chart in the same git repo as the software that it is deploying, rather than in a separate repository (like the old "helm/stable" repo). I would like to have the chart releaser update the index.yaml in a different git repo than the repo that the chart is located in, such as "helm-carts" so that I don't have to add a helm repo for each git repo. I can't really tell if this is already supported or not. I hope so ;)
