Would it be possible to get an update for servant-ekg that supports the current version of warp-3.3.5? I tried the build with the upper bound edited out and it succeeded just fine, so maybe all there is to it is to edit the Cabal file an Hackage to allow the newer version.

servant-ekg doesn't seem to support the newer base that comes with GHC 8.8.3.

Which GHC version did you try it out with? Maybe the upgrade would be simply a matter of changing the .cabal file deps.

I don't remember ... it was a long time ago.

Yes, I'm sure it is.

I tried just bumping up deps, arriving at this issue when running stack test:

servant-server > Registering library for servant-server-0.16.2..

-- While building package regex-posix-0.96.0.0 using:
      C:\sr\setup-exe-cache\x86_64-windows\Cabal-simple_Z6RU0evB_3.0.1.0_ghc-8.8.3.exe --builddir=.stack-work\dist\29cc6475 build --ghc-options " -fdiagnostics-color=always"
Process exited with code: ExitFailure 1
Progress 90/95

stack build works fine though.

Went pretty aggressive on the upgrade though:
