An option to select provider in configuration settings

Presently the configuration settings start with the model selection (like the snapshot), and Ollama (local) is the default. Is it possible to include an option for 'Service Provider' as the first option so that the model(s) from the selected provider displayed for selection instead of all the models from all the providers in a single sequence? I mean that the list of Open AI compatible providers will be increased in manifolds in future (like TinyStudio, Llama-api to name a few).
