Using a fresh install of napari and the plugin via pip, using the plugin via Tools -> Measurement -> Plot Profile leads to an error.
Tracelog is provided.

Hi @DrNjitram ,

this error appear to be related to the size and shape of the data you are attempting to analyze. Can you give some details about what images were open and if you had drawn lines on a shapes layer?

Thanks!
Robert

Hey Robert,

I think the issue might lie with the image containing two layers and napari not really handling that well.
I've attached it for you to check.
The lines were drawn on the shapes layer, by following the instructions on the main page.

Testing with the builtin images, like astronaut also errors out.
It works with non-RGB images, so I suspect that the RGB'ness causes the issues.
Understandable, adding an error message or a prompt to convert to grayscale could help.
