改善詳細 / Details of Improvement

イベントグループページのデザインを変更
表示されるイベントグループは自分の権限（オーナー、管理者、コントリビューター）があるものだけ
スマホの場合リストのボタン類は・・・でまとめて、クリックすると、詳細とイベント作成が出てくるイメージ（参考: https://chakra-ui.com/docs/components/popover/usage#trapping-focus-within-popover ）
ペジネーションはデザイン上にあるが不要
ヘッダーの改変は不要
