请问白名单中"中国网站"是全走直连吗？ #276

白名单的叙述中据我理解是中国网站全走直连，那么如果是这样的话，"虽然网站ip在中国，但是网站被墙"，出现这样情况时依旧会走直连吗？

同样道理，国内国外的规则来分类也有这样的问题吗？
