[Feature] Custom Speed Control from 30%-180%

I came across this post that allows you to adjust the speed % from 30-180 instead of the 4 existing speed profiles:

And this post shows how the speed can be adjusted with an overly complicated Node-Red setup:

I looked into setting this up, but it would be ideal if it was just integrated into this integration instead.
