@haggaie @ferasd could you please have a look ? Without that the peer does not get a chance to allocate the QP buffer

Does anyone have a plan to merge this patch into OFED?

I'm planning to access qp buf from my device(not GPU),
therefore, I'd like to put qp ring buf to peer memory.
This patch will help my plan.
