In chrome on Ubuntu (at least), each window has a little 'user' menu on the top right that allows the user to switch 'user' - I regularly have windows open using that menu for three different users. If I launch this developer tool, there seems to be no way to tell what user the tool is running as. I, of course, presume that apps run as specific users, and the apps and extensions that are installed are also specific to each user...
Please consider adding the user name into the UI.
