Multi region Harbor replication failure retry when the down instance is up

Hi team,
Can you please help me with the below issue:

Context: I have 2 harbor instances. Both are replicating images to each other successfully when both are up.

Issue: Let's say Instance1 is down and we pushed the image to Instance2. Replication is triggered in instance2 but failed with 503 error as Instance1 is down.
After 30 min, Instance1 is up again. Now that failed replication is not triggered on its own

Question: Is there any feature in Harbor, that listens to the health of the down instance and will retrigger the failed replications once that instance is up.
