Image viewer does not work correctly with latest pre-releases of bqplot and bqplot-gl #390

Currently ImageGL doesn't work properly with the pre-release of bqplot-gl, so we should investigate fixing this.

Alternatively, it would be great to merge ImageGL upstream into bqplot-gl and fix it at the same time (see glue-viz/bqplot-image-gl#76)
