You can't. Linguist is not responsible for syntax highlighting. It is used for language detection with the syntax highlighting performed by a separate internal application. Linguist is also written in Ruby.

but highlights syntax without ruby

giscus uses primer.style for design but primer.style doesn't have any component for highlighting

giscus isn't rendering the HTML for the syntax highlighting itself. It's using the raw HTML GitHub has already rendered. This is coming across in the bodyHTML GraphQL attribute it's requesting.
