Add export/import of extra fields, extra fields groups (and possibly categories & settings)

I've been forced to work with Wordpress a few times lately, and have been using Advanced Custom Fields to replicate a lot of the same kinds of design patterns I use with K2.

The extremely useful part of ACF is that I can export it all, and import it into future projects, allowing me a jumpstart with those design patterns that you do over and over again as a developer.

With K2, I need to setup all of that from scratch on every project to be able to utilise the standard overrides I build into a template.

It'd be great to be able to export either a specific extra field group, or all extra field groups - that would be a major time saver. It'd be cool to be able to do the same thing for categories, but that's less time consuming.
