Problem:
ERROR: Tries exceeded, given maximum: GYAwaitTxParameters

Solution:
Increase maxAttempts to 25

market-maker/geniusyield-market-maker/src/GeniusYield/MarketMaker/Constants.hs

Line 11 in a521fd9

awaitTxParams = GYAwaitTxParameters {maxAttempts = 20, confirmations = 1, checkInterval = 10_000_000}
