Add a way to find all models with remapped or obsoleted terms

At the moment, it seems you need to look at the models one by one to find the ones with obsoleted or replaced terms. Since we will need to review these, it would be better if we could apply a filter to find them.

Also what happens if we used an existing annotation which changes at source, would that automatically update?
