Hi @tcg279, to do this do the following.

Solution 1: Disable via Task Manager

Right-click the taskbar and open Task Manager.
Go to the Startup tab.
Find FXSound, right-click it, and select Disable.

Solution 2: Disable via Windows Settings

Open Settings > Apps > Startup.
Find FXSound in the list and toggle it off.
