Extract data from non-CSV file

When I run frictionless extract, I get

$ frictionless --version
4.40.3
$ frictionless extract datapackage.json 
[scheme-error] The data source could not be successfully loaded: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: 'https://zenodo.org/record/582600/files/mutant_R1.fastq?download=1'

My expectation was to frictionless extract download the resources.

I considered the case the error was due "scheme": "file" and I got another error:

$ sed -i '/"scheme": "file"/d' datapackage.json 
$ frictionless extract datapackage.json 
'NoneType' object is not iterable

Can you tell me if this user case is not planned or there is something wrong with my datapackage.json?

Probably extract does not work, because the format it's not supported:

frictionless extract --format fastq "https://zenodo.org/record/582600/files/mutant_R1.fastq?download=1"

If you force the CSV format extract works (but it is not fastq aware)

frictionless extract --format csv "https://zenodo.org/record/582600/files/mutant_R1.fastq?download=1"
