composer versions

Hi @norberttech,

thanks for your great library and your effort. Flow PHP is already the most powerful and popular ETL library for PHP and we'd like to use it for our projects. For that, it would be really helpful to have some versions on composer/packagist, that we're no longer forced to rely on git branches.

Would be great to have a version 0.1.x for the last commit before #212 which was compatible to PHP 7.4 - PHP 8.0 which is very helpful for older projects.

And then would be great to have a version 0.2.x for the current version.

With this approach, Flow ETL could safely be used in any projects.

first of all, thank you for feedback! It means a lot and making workin on this project even more enjoyable!
Let me think a bit more about it since I would like to start preparing project for the first stable version release, I will keep you posted!
