  1. Invalid miner events in the miner_sector_events model: SECTOR_TERMINATED, SECTOR_FAULTED, SECTOR_RECOVERED, and SECTOR_RECOVERING are incorrectly recorded: Fault/recover event still happen after a termination event lily#1031
  2. Incorrect calculation of message_gas_economy model: gas units are incorrectly calculated: message gas economy computed base fee incorrect lily#1045
