Make a nicer user friendly query page.. with drop-downs!

Idea from @dustymabe:

We can programatically generate a list of topics and categories from the fedmsg_meta_fedora_infrastructure test suite.

We should leverage that in the datagrepper UI to produce a page that helps them construct a query with drop-downs and all that: A form with some common delta arguments, an optional set of text fields for user and package.. etc.

another good idea - just placing here so that I can write it down somewhere and also see what other people think:

we should have an interface that users can log in to (fedora sso) and where they can easily construct queries using datagrepper as well as "save queries" that they are concerned about and also possibly make a dashboard with that information. This would be incredible.
