We need to create a Fedora-based openshift-ansible container. The existing Dockerfile is unusable for that, since it relies heavily on entitlement-only packages.

Currently working on one based on fedora:22.

I made an ansible 1.9.4 and an openshift-utils pkg in here: https://copr.fedorainfracloud.org/coprs/jasonbrooks/ansible1.9.4/
