About is in settings now because we added the artist alley registration

Found it but that's not a place anyone would look for it.
If anything, the (i) icon of the first entry made me look there.

There is space for a third row and the 3 full-width buttons don't need as much space as they occupy.

In future Years, a standard Navigation Drawer has no space limitations like a Bottom Navigation Bar
when used as the top level navigation element.
It would also avoid the confusion of having screens with a bottom navigation bar and a top navigation bar at the same time,
in the same background colour and only distinguished in priority by font size.

We will not use a drawer, there are accessibility concerns and swipe gesture conflicts.

The about screen is not that important.
