verrifier/businessrule Dockerfiles use deprecated adoptopenjdk base image #58

The Dockerfiles for verfiier/businessrule components use the adoptopenjdk image (specifically adoptopenjdk:11-jre-hotspot) which seems to be unmaintained since 01/08/2021

This image is officially deprecated in favor of the eclipse-temurin image, and will receive no further updates after 2021-08-01 (Aug 01, 2021). Please adjust your usage accordingly.

They recommend το switch over το eclipse-temurin
