Another thing I can think of, is when you first paired the device, it must have preformed a secure device inclusion. If it failed to do a secure inclusion, you have to unpair the device and try again.
On one of my locks, I had to take the thing off the door and preform the inclusion close to the hub for it to do a secure include. This might not be your problem, but just trying to make guesses.
I've loaded the app using the code, and entered a couple users with their own code on app.
Now when I go to use the Yale lever lock touchpad... the codes don't unlock the door...
I'm new and have never used ST before. Please help, thank you.
