Texts that explain 'identifier', 'identification' need to be better constructed #148

The texts that explain 'identifier', 'identification' heavily rely on the reader being familiar with the Partial Identities, which isn't self-evident at all, and may cause readers to give up on reading.

While the texts by themselves make sense (to those familiar with Partial Identities, Knowledge, etc.), we should also have texts that are readable by people that do not have such a background.

This particular issue may be one example of what might also be the case for other terms (perhaps 'mandate' and related, but I haven't checked that). It may need some more thinking about how to structure the (curated) texts and present/render them in the website.
