Referendums Enhancement #5

There is no feedback to the voter on which selection they chose for a certain referendum.

Right now, the green dot always has a checkmark, even if I haven't voted on that referendum.

Maybe have all three dots (yes, no, abstain) start with no checkmark. Then add checkmark to the one I voted for.
