Describe the bug
There's a wrong info displayed for Celestial Warplate in the item's page.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to the wiki items page
Click on Celestial Warplate to see it stats
Scroll down to the mythic+2 effect

Expected behavior
Currently displaying : "Epic Skill Effect Upgraded"
Ingame sentence: "Legendary Skill Effect Upgrade"
