- Rename venues when the corresponding village is renamed
- For content where the venue doesn't have a location, but the venue is associated with a village which has been placed, put the map marker on the village
This will show Map links for CfP items that are attendee-scheduled into a village that doesn't otherwise have a workshop venue (that has been manually placed).
