communication Error - Robot doesn't react #40

Hi,

i have a problem connecting the robot. It seems to be the same problem described in
Issue MyCobot Pi 280 - joints communication error #4

There´s no communication to the joints

I think there´s also something wrong with the atom board
The LED´s are only "on" while atom is connected via USB

Anybody an idea what the problem is? I think it is a hardware problem, but still unsure.

some more information:

Elephant Robotics already sent me a new atom board => after changing still the same behaviour
I also changed the Raspberry PI => same behaviour

I am thankful for any Response, i have no more ideas
