使用场景

1.在点进某一题集后，左边的题目栏会在浏览右边题目内容后被下滑遮盖，不知道当前题目是什么

可行方案

1.左边题目栏只显示部分题目信息，是否可以悬浮显示全部题目信息，并且聚焦当前题目，或者可以左右移动题目栏以显示完全的题目信息
