Need a test for the actors listed in the palette plugins.xml

We need an automated test that will at least attempt to instantiate all the actors, directors and attributes listed in plugins/editor/org.eclipse.triquetrum.workflow.editor.palette/plugin.xml

In PtolemyII/vergil, we clone the configuration, which will instantiate all the objects. The copyright pages have a links that eventually lead to a page that has a link called about:configuration that invokes code in $PTII/ptolemy/gui/HTMLAbout.java.

It would be helpful if we had something similar in Triquetrum.

We could just read the plugins.xml file and instantiate what is there. This could be a non-gui test.

Or, we could use Bug #249 Provide automated GUI tests with RCPTT
