Add a shortcut in the left menu of Steam Deck

It might be a nice addition to add a shortcut in the left menu of Steam Deck, such as the Web Browser Decky plugin.

in v1.1 there is a new feature where if you push down on both sticks it launches Junk-Store. maybe this could be a nice compormise. you just need to enable it in the developer menu.

This is another way to launch Junk Store. But it could be so cool to add it into steam menu like Browser Decky plugin and launcher the store directly.

It is the best integrated way to lattice this store plugin.
