can't release to pypi because of python-nostr branch requirement #1

pypi prevents uploading software that includes a branch url in the pyproject.toml file

options include:

removing it from the pyproject.toml, and making it a git submodule
waiting until python-nostr moves to embit
publishing the fork as a package for now
