to fix this and every single problem that i was having,i just used this fork:

i think thats the one, dont really remmember what did i use.

if it stills not working try this other:
https://github.com/hemant-manglani/PyInstaLive by hemant-manglani

and also try giving some time to the ig account that u are using.
