复现步骤：官方源码测试 TablesVirtualization.razor，第一个demo的table更改如下（去掉了class="table-virtualize-demo"，不然非固定列无法滚动）

@skzkk 能否整理一下。我完全不知道你要干嘛？如果样式有问题，请截图标注箭头。希望是什么，实际是什么？最标准的流程就是提供复现示例，我运行看看结果就知道什么情况了

收到，我这个issue就是用源码的TablesVirtualization.razor文件修改了一下复现的，代码粘贴在上面了，然后我录了一个视频QQ发你了，主要是三个地方：
1，左上角序号单元格未被遮罩，导致未固定列的头部筛选会滚动到那个单元格中
2，设定了合计数量，但是不生效了，而且合计列是否可以固定？
3，滚动加载的时候，合计行与滚动行重合了，应该是白色遮住才对

第一个例子就是带合计的，还做了开关跟踪与固定，我测试下来都没问题，所以必须提供复现工程，不然大大增加沟通成本。

我有把修改之后的代码粘贴到issue单里面，增加了列固定和头部筛选，我是拉取了最新源码之后，做的修改测试
