Reverse SSH Connection not working

Expected Behavior

I put in the Reverse SSH Command into the client pc:
ssh -N -R 7000:localhost:22222 user@masterip -4 -p 22222
And at the master pc i enter this:
ssh localhost -p 22222
at the moment i press enter i get logged into the clients pc

Actual Behavior

The moment i press enter and you can see what the output is in the pictures below

Steps to Reproduce the Problem

1. have a rpi running debian
2. have a computer running linux
3. have the rpi connecter to the internet via a gsm modem
4. try to reverse ssh from the rpi to the computer

• Version: Raspbian Strech lite 4.14 & Linux
• Platform: RPi & Computer
