Constantly recieving error TLS handshake error from *.32.208.165:3870: remote error: tls: unknown certificate

You're going to have to give a lot more info than that. Post a copy of the server code you are using and explain what you are trying to do. That error message could be for any number of reasons.

I have got commercial version of CA issued to a domain name. I'm trying to send request from chrome to the server and this with no luck. what I do incorrect?

is your CA certificate registered with Chrome? In windows, Chrome relies on the Windows trust store.
