Request: remove item cooldown swirly glow #4

Hi,

Is there a way to remove this glow from item cooldowns?

It is very confusing and makes it very hard to see what the actual cooldown and available charge number is.
(On the picture it doesn't seem that bad but it goes in rounds and glows increasingly radiantly, covering the numbers and distracting focus.)

Turns out it's not items but things with charges:
