The returned header for requests is cf-cache-status: DYNAMIC,

curl https://worlds-content-server.decentraland.org/ipfs/bafkreih5kqir5ykts43262cxm755la4s3pjfel7wf5gqacsj4tdpferevi -I

Cache control headers should be added to the /ipfs/ and /contents/ endpoints
