PROD- DM item doesnt show users name

i have in prod DM item with Latif in the inbox
it doesnt show the users name
and when i click on it the users profile doesnt upload
i get message that something went wrong

happens only in chrome
works in firefoxs and chrom incognito

@NoamQA are you sure it's a chat only with Latif? or it's group chat with Latif also?

Regarding the empty names, the only thing that makes sense is that dmUsers hasn't fetched yet (and we only know the number of participants) so we don't see the names. If it's the case, we need to keep showing "Loading..." until we fetch the actual users and names. It make sense that it happens in a group message because there we fetch multiple users and it takes more time.

@NoamQA Is it happening to you always or sometimes? Let's talk about this since I can't reproduce such a scenario.
