Sorry for naive questions...
Is this guide the most current installation procedure?
The openwrt firmware selector has Belkin RT3200 and Belkin RT3200 UBI images. The latter one has 3 images: bl31-uboot.fip, preloader.bin and the sysupgrade image.
Do I flash images from openwrt website (if so - which ones and in which order) or do I still need to use your guide?
(And just to check: once openwrt is installed, I can upgrade simply by flashing UBI version of the sysupgrade image, right?)

Yes.
Do I flash images from openwrt website (if so - which ones and in which order) or do I still need to use your guide?
For the initial conversion to OpenWrt's flash layout and bootloader you still have to follow this guide. Once completed, you can from then on use the images from downloads.openwrt.org or the firmware selector, but make sure to pick the ubi variant of the images.
(And just to check: once openwrt is installed, I can upgrade simply by flashing UBI version of the sysupgrade image, right?)
