[bug] system bar invincible under light theme #233

System bar doesn't switch to darker color even when the DARK_TEXT is set in the application causing it invisible.

I once thought it was hidden, but it was there, just with wrong color, applying color filter to wallpaper reveals that.

I wonder if it should switch to color like as when UI is in the drawer.
