"animate lock screen wallpaper to home screen wallpaper" option when its newly set: (working flawlessly)

"animate lock screen wallpaper to home screen wallpaper" and "wallpaper zoom" option is turned on at the same time and immediately unlocked using fingerprint sensor : (strange bounce and flash)

I did try to fix it, i turned off "automatically remove wallpaper images from memory option", clear the app data, force stop the app, issue still there tho
