          Let's move these identifiers out to `const`s.

The ScrambleDB publication does not specify if or what kind of identifier should be given to joined tables. We could also go for not having identifiers for joined tables. Or we could create combined identifiers based on the joined tables, e.g. Join-id1-id2-... etc.
