Update to new download folders

xwalk_android_dl --channel canary doesn't download the latest canary, I assume because of the change in the download folders. I used crosswalk-apk-generator 0.0.13 from NPM.

No, I haven't updated the tool for the new download folders yet.

I would prefer for this to be fixed at the server side. It's getting very difficult to guess where packages are going to be and what they're going to be called. I am seriously considering pulling the download tool out of the docs until we can figure this out.
