Allow for a custom root depth value

If someone using the old version of this extension moves over they will get a nasty shock. This extension makes the level value of root nodes 0 while the old extension made them 1.

This wouldn't be such a problem if we had a variable hat we could set in the behaviour to all us to define the default value of the root level.
