improve error message when csg fails.

seems whats happening (in video) is that the algorithm, sometimes, can't cope with edges that are co-linear? (unfortunately default values will tend to make this common.)

so then the error message would ideally include this as a possibility, making it clear you just need to move/scale one to make it work.
