Improve field usability on mobile devices

When working in the CP on a mobile device it is very disruptive to have the UI constantly zooming in when I tap into a field. I usually deal with this on others sites by setting the font-size in form fields to 1em for touch devices.

Additionally, it is very difficult to use Rich Text field buttons to create links or style selected text because the iOS popover often covers the redactor buttons.

The last thing is bigger. Using the modals for Assets and other fields is very difficult on small mobile screens. The sources list takes up most of the space and it is difficult to see the assets themselves as you scroll around the small sliver of assets on the right.

Also can't change section fields ie. Add a field. Actually all of the "drag and drop" features like field reordering are not possible on mobile devices. Would really like these features whilst travelling this holiday season... my xmas wish!

You’re right, however you get to 16px would work.

I could be wrong, but I think setting the size to 1em will only work if 1em = 16px.
