Bootstrap modal closes automatically #58

I am using this inside a bootstrap modal. When I select a country the bootstrap modal closes automatically. I don't know whats happening. Please help

Issue is fixed after removing the .fade class from the modal. If I have the fade class the opacity becomes 0 after selecting the country. Not sure why this is happening
